Kitle Kaynaklı Büyük Verinin Konumsal Analizi: Akıllı Trafik Sistemi

Günümüzde dünyamız hepsi birbirinden çözülmesi daha zor ve büyük tehditler altındadır. Bu tehditleri bertaraf etmek veya zararlarını en aza indirgemek için karar alıcılar; çeşitli bilgi sistemlerini kullanmaktadırlar. Teknolojinin gelişmesi ile dünyamızda hemen hemen bütün veriler bir konumsal veri ile ilişkilidir. Bu nedenle Coğrafi Bilgi Sistemleri karar alıcıların ellerindeki en güçlü araçlardan biridir. Araştırmacıların her türlü veri ile konumsal veriyi ilişkilendirmeleri nedeniyle artık konumsal veriler hem çok çeşitli hallerde karşımıza çıkmakta hem de hacim olarak çok büyük bir alanı kaplamaktadır. Bu özellikteki veriler artık dünyamızda büyük veri konsepti ile karşılanmaktadır. Ancak Coğrafi Bilgi Sistemleri ve Büyük Veri üzerindeki çalışmalar henüz yeterli seviyeye ulaşmamıştır. Nüfusun hızla artmasıyla doğru orantılı olarak şehirleşmenin de arttığı günümüzde şehirlerde trafiğe dayalı problemler ortaya çıkmaktadır. Problemlerin önüne geçmek veya nispeten zararlarını azaltabilmek için bu bildiride Büyük Veri ile güçlendirilmiş yerli ve milli bir Akıllı Trafik Sistemi (ATS) önerilecektir.

Due to increase in human population, our World is facing termendous threats. To disable the threats, decision makers needs some information tools. By virtue of the development in information technology nearly all data has spatial information associated with. Because of the volume and variaty of data, the Big Data concept arises. But the lack of studies of how to embed Big Data and Geographical Information Systems are still in question. To answer this question, a Geographical Information System powered by Big Data will be presented in this paper. The human population that live in cities are growing exponentally. These lead to new problems such as traffic congestions. To be able to solve traffic congestion problems an Intelligent Traffic Systems (ITS) powered by Big Data concept will be proposed in this paper. ITS studies can be classified in image processing method solutions and wireless network tools solutions. The studies before are based on scarce data sources and small data sets. The ITS presented in this paper differs from its predecessors due to its capability of getting data from rich and highly volume data sources.
