Synthesis and characterization structure properties of ZnO semiconductor used in solar cell application, the role of the intermediate variable of the professional teacher: A case study of the College of Science, University of Suleyman Demirel

Zinc oxide is a type of (TCO) semiconductor material. Zinc oxide, one of the most promising semiconducting materials that have excellent properties such as conductivity, transparency, with wide band gap of 3.36 eV and easy to be doped as an n-type semiconductor, with all of these excellent properties it was become a good prospect for many application such as gas sensors, electrodes for solar cell because it hase perfect transparent properties in the visible light its is usually utilized as transparent conductive oxides (TCO) electrodes[1]. also it used blue LED, lasers and utilized for UV application because It has a large excitation binding energy, ZnO has low solubility in dopants in the ZnO matrix, make it easy to produce p typye semiconductor but it is difficult to be obtained as n type. It has piezoelectric, dielectric characterizations. Disadvantages of ZnO that it has a high melting point 2284 K ,its consider on of the hardest semiconductors of II-VI group with large cohesive energy 1.88 eV and it has no susceptibility to degrade easily.
